Parks for Pollinators

Help us map the pollinators of Comstock Township! Throughout September, we’re inviting the community to observe and record the bees, butterflies, moths, beetles, and other pollinators living in our parks. Every observation adds to a shared picture of local biodiversity and helps guide how we care for these spaces.

How It Works

Download the free iNaturalist app and create an account. When you spot a pollinator in Comstock Township, snap a photo and upload it. That’s it! The iNatualist community and its identification tools help confirm each species.

Where To Look

Observations count anywhere in Comstock Township! A few parks are especially rich in pollinator activity:

  • Jan Schau Wildflower Walk
  • Fred McLinden Nature Trails
