Comstock Township Ordinance Enforcement

Welcome to the Township Ordinance Enforcement Division. Staff are committed to keeping the Township a safe and prosperous place for residents and businesses.

Once enforcement action is initiated, the officer will attempt to make person-to-person contact with the property owner/tenant and send an official letter of violation. Failure to have property brought into compliance will result in further action including tickets, fines and/or fees, and court appearances.

To submit a complaint, please use the Complaint Form provided or contact the Ordinance Department at 269-381-2360, extension 123 or you can submit your complaint via email.
