Sign Up for Dino Dig

Saturday, July 25th & Sunday, July 26th at 9:30 am & 11 am each day

Dino Dig is back again! Kids ages 2 to 8 years old will dig through the sand to find dinosaur bones at Robert Morris Park. 

Pre-registration is required. 

Cost: $5 (includes snack & craft activity)

Adult Softball - Fall 2026 Registration Now Open

2026 Fall Deadline: Monday, August 3rd

LOCATION: Wenke Softball Complex inside River Oaks County Park

GAME TIMES: 6:15 pm, 7:30 pm, and 8:45 pm

DAYS & TEAM FEES*:

  • Monday: Coed ($355)
  • Wednesday: Men’s with Double-Header ($585) or Single Game ($355) option
  • >
  • Thursday: Coed with Double-Header ($585) or Single Game ($355) option

*all include a forfeit fee of $30 to be refunded if not used

The fall season starts Monday, August 10th and is 8 weeks long.

Help restore Comstock Township’s parks by removing invasive plant species!

Led by Kalamazoo Nature Center crew members, these hands-on workdays will focus on removing invasive plant species. We’ll start at Cooper Park and work until it’s clear of invasives, then move on to the next park in the series. No experience needed. Tools provided.

Pickleball courts at Neal Street Park in Comstock Township, Michigan
Neal St. Park Pickleball Courts Now Open!

The park is open 9 AM to dusk every day. There is a playground, bathroom facility, a walking path, and limited seating. There is no running water. 

Pickleball Court Info

  • 4 courts
  • Bring your own paddles and balls
  • Play will be on a first come, first serve basis for any skill level
  • No court can be held waiting for additional players to arrive
  • Courts are not reservable at this time

Play should be conducted in rotations of 4 on, 4 off when more than 4 are waiting, 2s when less than 4 are waiting to play. Court time is limited to 30 minutes or 1 game to 11 points win by 2, whichever comes first.

Robert Morris Park Passes

Robert Morris Park Passes are available for purchase at the park and at the Township Office.

Annual Passes

  • $25 per vehicle,
  • or $10 per vehicle for seniors (60+)

Daily Passses

  • $5 per vehicle

Summer 2026 Construction Notice

Comstock Avenue will be under construction June through late August 2026. During this time, Comstock Avenue will be closed to thru traffic.

To reach Merrill Park from Sprinkle Road, follow the posted detour via the business loop and River Street.
