Important Notice for Kalamazoo County Dog Owners

Kalamazoo County Animal Services & Enforcement (KCASE) has launched a new online dog licensing system that changes how licenses are issued and renewed.

Beginning with the 2026 license year, dog licenses will no longer be sold at municipal offices or local veterinary clinics.  All dog licenses must now be purchased directly through KCASE.

Through the new system, dog owners can conveniently:
• Update contact information
• Submit proof of spaying/neutering and a current rabies vaccination certificate
• Upload a photo of their pet
• Complete secure payment online
