Pavilion Reservations
Pavilion rentals at Robert Morris Park are intended for private gatherings such as small group events and family picnics.
Pavilion use is governed by Township ordinances and park rules.
Reservation Season: Friday before Memorial Day through Labor Day
- Outside of this season, they are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
How Reservations Work
- Submit the Pavilion Reservation Request Form below.
- Parks & Rec staff review each request for availability and eligibility.
- You will be contacted with a decision or if additional information is needed.
- Your reservation is confirmed only after staff approval.
Submitting a request does not guaranteed a reservation.
Parking & Park Passes
All vehicles entering Robert Morris Park must have a valid park pass.
Daily park passes may be purchased for $5 each at the park during open days and hours.
Discounted passes for pavilion reservations: Pavilion reservation holders may purchase daily park passes at a reduced rate through the Township Office at least 3 business days before the event.
Discounted passes must be purchased in advance and are not available at the park on the day of the event.
Amenities
Seasonal restroom facilities are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day.
Electricity is not guaranteed at pavilions. Outlets may be unavailable, non-functional, or in use for park operations.
