Rental Season

Pavilions can be reserved from the Friday before Memorial Day through Labor Day. Outside of this season, they are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Submit the reservation request form below. Our Program Coordinator will respond with the availability of your requested date/time and go over next steps to confirm your reservation.

Bathroom facilities are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day.

Pavilions at Merrill Park

North Pavilion

Located on the north side of the park, closer to the river.

  • 4 picnic tables with 2 ADA picnic tables that can accommodate 8 people at each table
  • Large charcoal grill
  • Trash can
South Pavilion

Located on the south side of the park, closer to the playground.

  • 4 picnic tables with 2 ADA picnic tables that can accommodate 8 people at each table
  • Large charcoal grill
  • Trash can
