Welcome to the Township Ordinance Enforcement Division. Staff are committed to keeping the Township a safe and prosperous place for residents and businesses.
Ordinance Officers respond to complaints and will initiate enforcement when violations are observed. Once enforcement action is initiated, the officer will attempt to make person-to-person contact with the property owner/tenant and send an official letter of violation. Failure to have property brought into compliance will result in further action including tickets, fines and/or fees, and court appearances.

Included with your complaint, please provide the following information: address of the problem property, information on the nature of the complaint, your name and phone number and if you would like a follow up call.
