Pavilion Reservations
Best for private gatherings of under 100 people, such as small group get-togethers, birthday parties, and picnics.
Includes:
- Use of pavilion structure, including picnic tables, charcoal grill, and trash cans
Does NOT allow:
- Group/party activities like inflatables, dunk tanks, games, or rentals
- Exclusive use of lawns, playgrounds, beach, or other park amenities/areas
Pavilion use is governed by Township ordinances and park rules.
How Reservations Work
- Submit the Pavilion Reservation Request Form below.
- Parks & Rec staff review requests for availability and eligibility.
- You will be contacted with a decision or if additional information is needed.
- Your reservation is confirmed only after staff approval.
Submitting a request does not guarantee a reservation.
Parking & Park Passes
All vehicles entering Robert Morris Park must have a valid park pass.
Daily park passes: $5 per vehicle, available at the park during open days/hours
Discounted daily passes are available for pavilion reservation holders
- Must be purchased at the Township Office
- At least 3 business days before date of reservation
- Not sold at the park
Reservation Season
Friday before Memorial Day through Labor Day
Outside of this season, they are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Amenities
Seasonal restroom facilities are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day.
Electricity is not guaranteed at pavilions. Outlets may be unavailable, non-functional, or in use for park operations.
