You’re invited to a Free Small Developer Training in conjunction with Kalamazoo County and local municipalities, the Local Initiatives Support Corporation and the Northside Association for Community Development. The training, which will take place Monday, June 15, from 1 to 3:30 p.m. by Zoom, will share ways to navigate the application process, due diligence process, and steps to close, as well as go over pre-development resources. Rachel Foster, an attorney with Norcross, Warner & Judd, LLP, will help walk participants through the legal process of development.
