PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
TO: THE RESIDENTS AND PROPERTY OWNERS OF THE CHARTER TOWNSHIP OF COMSTOCK, KALAMAZOO COUNTY, MICHIGAN, AND ANY OTHER INTERESTED PERSONS:
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing concerning the following matters on May 13, 2021 commencing at 7:00 p.m.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that, pursuant to applicable Emergency Orders, the Planning Commission will hold this meeting and public hearing electronically via ZOOM. Information to electronically attend the meeting will be posted on the Township’s website at https://comstockmi.gov a reasonable amount of time before the meeting. In addition to participation during the public hearing, members of the public may also provide comments for the Planning Commission’s consideration by emailing or mailing those comments to the Planning Commission for receipt by noon on the day of the meeting, in care of Community Development Director Stefforia (jstefforia@comstockmi.gov), or by leaving a phone message prior to the meeting for Ms. Stefforia at the number below.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the item to be considered at said public hearing include, in brief, the following:
a. Request for tentative approval of a preliminary plan for a 2-lot site condominium out of the property at 1323 North 33rd Street requested by Scott and Donna Dawson. Tax ID number 3907-14-130-096.
Anyone interested in reviewing the application pertinent to the foregoing may review it upon request to the Community Development Director before the Planning Commission meeting. All interested persons are invited to be present at and participate via the electronic meeting.
Comstock Charter Township will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services, such as signers for the hearing impaired and audio tapes of printed material being considered at the hearing, to individuals with disabilities at the hearing upon four (4) days’ notice to the Township Clerk. Individuals with disabilities requiring auxiliary aids or services should contact the Township Clerk at the address or telephone number listed below.
